The water park and beach access made our stay enjoyable. Limited snack options during the day was a letdown. Enjoyed pool activities like darts and table tennis with the kids. The themed dinner nights were a nice touch. Room cleanliness was decent, but the air conditioning struggled a bit.

Clean beach and well-maintained grounds. I loved the multiple pools and waterslides. They provided endless fun for my kids. The themed dining nights were delicious, particularly the Turkish night with a massive variety of dishes. I appreciated the gardens around the hotel. They created a pleasant atmosphere for evening strolls. Securing reservations for the a la carte restaurants often turned into a hassle, which put a damper on our dining plans. The beds were too hard on the first night, but staff efficiently offered softer mattress covers the next day. Though we were able to sleep better after that, some nights were interrupted by noise from the entertainment was nice. Wi-Fi connectivity struggled , especially in the evenings. Limited snack options throughout the day could also use an upgrade. Despite these drawbacks, the experience overall was positive, and I'd recommend it to families looking for a lively vacation spot.

The children's pool area was meticulously maintained and offered engaging activities, keeping my kids entertained for hours. The staff provided personalized attention, we felt welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The surrounding beach was fine.

The beach was fine! It was clean and had a picturesque view. The variety of activities kept my family entertained throughout our stay. Olesya from the staff was helpful, we had everything we needed. The food also offered a good selection, which suited our tastes well.
Tough to reserve a la carte restaurants.

The themed dining experiences provide an excellent variety, awesome for a different culinary adventure each night, with standout options like Turkish nights. The clean, well-maintained pools and slides kept both kids and adults happily splashing around for hours on end.
The third bed in the room was a sofa bed, and let's just say it wasn't the most comfortable for a good night's sleep. Getting a poolside chair was a hassle, as people would drape towels on them early in the day and claim spots for hours, which can be frustrating. The distance from the nearest airport is no joke, taking about 90 minutes to reach, especially if traffic decides to act up. The food lacked the spice and zing that a South Asian palate might crave, leaving some of us wishing for more flavor in our meals. I encountered issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity, especially in the rooms, a real pain when a signal drop interrupts your plans.

This place is really amazin! The beach is fine and clean. They have a huge variety of food which is super tasty. The pools were great, especially the slides for my kids. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
the only downside was that it was tough to reserve the a la carte restaurants, and sometimes it got a little noisy with all the traffic outside.

The spa and outdoor swimming pool. The only downside was the drink selection, which could use a bit more variety, but overall we had a fantastic stay! 😊
